Is it possible to install a wireless mouse without the usb?

The wireless mouse requires the receiver to work. There is a possibility that Bluetooth may pick it up but that is not usual.

James: I could not find one for you either. However, I do know that on my own computer, I can't switch a mouse without restarting my computer or it does not recognize it.

Delete the trust driver ,remove all mice ,restart computer without mouse connected ,the connect trust usb mouse ,let pc detect new device then reinstall software when requested.

Ths problem occurs because of usb drvier conflict issue with your usb wireless dongle driver. For that go to device manager uninstall all usb drivers then it will automatic install all driver. Then go to control panel->add remove program and features then uninstall your wireleless keyboard and mouse driver then reinstall. Then restart and check. You have to install the software that came with the wireless mouse. I have several, and some will and others won't work without the software. That is 90% what it is.

Try using a usb mouse and keyboard.Your computer should already have drivers for these devices loaded.

First check in laptop that your wireless mouse driver are installed proeprly.
Reinstall drivers then check.
