Try these codes: Magnavox 0503, 0539, 0675

programming a device: make sure batteries are installed correctly. Turn device on(for ex., your TV). Press TV button next to Power button on your 15-2147...Press and hold the little P button until the red LED lite blinks twice...enter the first four-digit code for your device(in your case,JVC TV...first set of #s is '0463' ) note: the LED will blink once as each number is entered. If the number is correct the LED will blink 2x. Note if the LED doesn't blink twice after entering the 4 digit code, begin again with the next set of numbers. For JVC the codes are 0463 and 0053. Once your remote blinks twice after entering in your TV code, press the power button. This should turn off your TV. Just use like any other remote. Hope this helps you.

JVC tv codes0463...0053...1 turn on device 2 aim contrllr at device and press TVkey for TV 3/press and hold little 'p' key upper right on contrllr, till LED blinks twice, the release 'p' key 4. enter in first set of code numbers 4-digit code, if this is right set LED will blink 2x. If not repeat steps, till LED blinks twice after entering 4-digit code....then press the power button...the device should turn off and your good to go. Just make sure when you go to operate your remote that you have the right device button turned on.
