you could try to connect it to the computer that happened too me once and it worked for so why not give it a try.

Try pushing the slider at the top to the right. If that doesn't work, let the battery run out, charge it and than see if it works than.

when off hold play down. then turn on(while holding play). then theres a recovery menu go to clean up.

Did this happen when you replaced a battery with another one? It can also happen when you go to the Root folder from the "BRO" on the main menu and then exit it. You just have to wait a little, to "fix" it. Or, try turning the MP3 off and then on. I have had the same experience with my MP3 (exact same brand too).
