I have installed Belkin F5U109 USB-Serial on my Thinkpad T60 using XP. Everything has installed properly, but when I hotsync it starts, but freezes before the syncing finishes. Actually managed to complete a sync a few times, but when I try again I get the same problems again. I have installed on another laptop, same model, and that works fine. Why is it not working on the 1st laptop?

There aren't any 64 bit drivers for it available, at least publicly. You can email their support and request them.
