Next time you guys post try checking "I have the same problem" check box and not the "Solution" check box. (which is probably the default if you dont check anything)

I need the subsidy password for this nonworking verizon motorolla w375 and i want to use it on the metro pcs network here in dallas,tx and where is the iemi number

A request for a Subsidy Password means the phone is 'locked' to a specific network provider (SIM), so it's the same as an 'unlock code'.
Provided you've had the phone for the minimum time the contract runs for, you can request the unlock code from your provider - ie the network the phone originally worked on.

To obtain your IMEI number try entering:
*#06# in full (including asterisk) and the phone should display it for you. As far as I know you don't need the IMEI in order to unlock the phone.

Hope this helps - I'm not an expert.

Sim card removal w375 motorola

If you remove the back covering of the phone and then the battery, part of the sim card will be visible. It's a rectangular card about the size of a finger nail. Usually, you can push it from one side(sometimes on the outer edge of the phone) so that it slides out of the other side but some times it's held by a spring mechanism that needs to be pulled to one side so that the card can be lifted out

Motorolla W385

Most probably the pack CD would be having the required driver. If not, just get one from motorola.com Once motorola driver is installed, you can properly use the phone with your PC. If nothing works, let me know

Broken phone, SIM OK

The chances are that the W375 is locked to Net10. The other Motorola phone you mentioned will work with the old SIM if the phone was previously used on Net10, or has been unlocked.

Most phones, upon issue, are locked to the network that provided the phone. If the other working phone is locked to a different network, speak to the Network it was previously locked to, and ask for an unlock code.

Try it anyway, you can't damage anything by doing so.

Service Problems

Try manually selecting a network with different SIM cards in - it may not be automatically selecting a network. Failing that, the phone may be an import, or it may be locked to one particular network. Either of which may be the cause of your problem. Let me know how it goes.
