Next time you guys post try checking "I have the same problem" check box and not the "Solution" check box. (which is probably the default if you dont check anything)

What's your phone Brand and model?
Check whether your sim is placed properly in the slot. Try to reinsert the Sim. Still if you face the same problem then your phone might be locked to particular Network. To solve this problem you need to get it unlocked. You can unlock your phone using unlock code. You can get the unlock code for your phone from your Network service provider or any third party online vendors like
Mobile-Unlocker.com here you need to specify your country, current Network name, IMEI number of your phone. Then they deliver unlock code to you through mail with unlocking instructions. Using this you can unlock your phone from Network lock easily.

Samsung sgh-m200 has no network

No Network error only appear if your phone is not getting the service provider's signal. You need to check the status of your account from your mobile service provider by calling them. You can also check if the sim is properly inserted. You can also check the capability of using compatible sim card to your phone to isolate faulty sim card issues. Try to insert the sim card to another compatible phone as well. if sim card to another compatible phone works then there is a problem from your phone's end by getting a signal.

Asking me to enter unlock code when i put my sim card

A subsidy is another term for a unlock code. This handset is locked to a ntwork, ie: if handset purchased from orange is would be locked to the orange network. by calling your network provider they can get the handset unlock for a fee. Please bear in mind when doing this you can go to a backstreet shop which can do this for you however, all warranty on handset is void if you need to send back for repair due to the handset has been tampered with. trust me they can tell

I need the subsidy password for this nonworking verizon motorolla w375 and i want to use it on the metro pcs network here in dallas,tx and where is the iemi number

A request for a Subsidy Password means the phone is 'locked' to a specific network provider (SIM), so it's the same as an 'unlock code'.
Provided you've had the phone for the minimum time the contract runs for, you can request the unlock code from your provider - ie the network the phone originally worked on.

To obtain your IMEI number try entering:
*#06# in full (including asterisk) and the phone should display it for you. As far as I know you don't need the IMEI in order to unlock the phone.

Hope this helps - I'm not an expert.

Broken phone, SIM OK

The chances are that the W375 is locked to Net10. The other Motorola phone you mentioned will work with the old SIM if the phone was previously used on Net10, or has been unlocked.

Most phones, upon issue, are locked to the network that provided the phone. If the other working phone is locked to a different network, speak to the Network it was previously locked to, and ask for an unlock code.

Try it anyway, you can't damage anything by doing so.

Sim card rejected

You need to do some testing first.

Put your sim card on another phone (should be unlocked or the same provider) and see it it works.

Put another sim card on your phone (should be the same provider sim) and see if it works.

From there you can check where the problem lies.

Service Problems

Try manually selecting a network with different SIM cards in - it may not be automatically selecting a network. Failing that, the phone may be an import, or it may be locked to one particular network. Either of which may be the cause of your problem. Let me know how it goes.
