How do you set the clock on the pioneer premier deh-p410ub deck

If it is like my Pioneer deck you need to shut it off by holding in the volume control. Once it turns off, you need to hold the funtion button until the time starts to blink. On mine it is just to the left of the 1st radio preset button. I had the same issue and finally solved it so I hope this helps you solve yours.

Follow the instructions on page 29 of the manual.

Check your speaker wires to make sure nothing is shorted or grounded out. It only takes one bare wire or short to shut down your audio.

Press function button repeatedly until clock appears on the screen. Press the left right arrows to select what you want to adjust, hour or minute and then press up and down arrows to adjust it. You can find these instructions in the user manual, page 37.

go to pioneers website and look up the manual for your deck scan through it until you find the info you need

on some pioneers you have to turn the deck off and push the function switch for a few seconds. then you should be able to scroll through the menu to find clock adjust.

If you are referring to the presets tuner station settings being deleted when powered off and or the clock resetting its time, then you have to verify that the Pioneer DEH-P580MP is wired as follows:
Black - chassis/body ground/GND
Yellow - always on/constant B+12 such as the + terminal of the battery;
Red - switched on B+12 such as the ACC of the IGN switch.
