I'm new to revos two but i just bought a couple and had the same problem with one of them, make sure your glow plug is ok or just replace it and adjust your high speed needle, i'm in oregon i had to richen mine about 1/4 turn. i also noticed both of the models i got were set differently from the factory. there's info on traxxas website on where the factory needle settings should be.

Revo spur gear keeps getting stripped

Youre not setting the right gap between spur gear and clutch bell. all the adjustment is on the engine side so once you got youre spur gear in place loosly fit the engine. Push the engine close to the spur gear so the teeth interlock. Cut a long thin piece of paper and feed it throgh the teeth.turn the clutch bell around. It should feel the same all the way through the turn. If not push the engine closer if it starts feeling loose or ease it away if it starts feeling tight. the paper should come out the other end with a step pattern. the reason for the paper and turning the clutch bell is even though the teeth are intwined at first, once you turn say 3 quaters of a turn if the engine and transmission is not parallel it can move 3 to 5mm in either direction. Lastly use thread lock on all bolts as the vibration can move these and hey presto you are getting another one. Hope this helps.

Traxxas revo 3.3 running problems

Maybe running to lean or to rich. When you accelerate put youre hand where the exhaust is and you should get a light spraying of unburnt fuel over hands(lovely!). If you do you may be able to screw in high end needle in a bit and i mean just a bit. If you hear the engine note raise a bit with a slightly higher pitch then you are running to lean and you will want to unscrew the high end needle valve asap.
Also check youre idle screw and make sure thats not closing the carb and stopping any airflow into engine. Let me know how it goes.

Revo 3.3...engine doesnt stay on...

Could be a couple of things. Firstly the glow plug may need changing or youre running slightly rich. If you was replacing the glow plug you should retune the engine anyway. When the fuel is entering in the engine where the glow plug is theres either to much fuel and flooding plug out or the plug is not up to the job of burning the fuel. Replace plug and retune. You have had car for two years so guessing you know how to tune the engine.

My revo wont start it wil just turn over it wont catch i have .23max engine

I believe the problem is your one way bearing. Take off your starting system and remove the bearing, soak it in an alcohol mixture for about an hour, wipe the gunk off and let it dry. Also wipe off your starting shaft. should be good to go.
