Korg pa-50 no sound from right speaker while playing but has sound in both speaker when i conncet my mp3 and play song from mp3 means speakers are fine, software is updated to latest,no other problems or key issues, this is the only problem, what part is causing the problem? please help
Several things to check:
If the speakers are cut off when externaal cables are connected to line outs, possibly the jack sensing switch for the right channel thinks that a plug is in there... you might cycle one in and out to see if that might fix.
Another thing is they LIKELY have a PAN control setting and it might be set full left. The external MP3 would NOT be under PAN control, only the keyboard voices would be affected by it.
OK... I downloaded the user manual and on the first page it says:
"When turning the instrument on, please be assured the BALANCE slider is set to
the center. This sets both Sequencer 1 (SEQ1) and Sequencer 2 (SEQ2) to their
maximum level. This will avoid you start a Song without hearing anything."
Next, on page 43 they talk about the mixer pans... MAKE sure the REALTIME (keyboard) pan is set to center.
Also read about Pan modulation on page 117. If this parameter were set to one end of the keyboard, that could cause the problem.

hey, tnx for the respond, when i conncet audio input such as mp3 the speaker dont get effected by it, the left make sound and the right make no sound when playing from keyboard no matter if i connect anything or not, the both speaker has sound of mp3 music from them and the keyboard while playing note only comes from the left, and when the input is out its the same thing, i have updated the OS on system so that means it should reset the system and i dont think its the settings cuz the setting would be reset after updating OS, any suggestion? tnx
