I have an E:13 error light and I've tried Refresh and running it through empty many times. Please help

This is an error code dealing with the toner auger motor being bound up. Has the waste toner message been on for along time and the waste toner bottle not being emptied. Sometimes the waste toner counter has been reset several times without the bottle being emptied. This will cause the waste toner to back up in the auger mechanism. Thsi will have to be taken apart ( very tedious job ) and the toner removed from the tube. The auger spring and even some gears may have to be replaced. I've never had to replace the motor on any copier yet. Good Luck.

The E13 error code on your Bosch washer refer to a drainage problem or the pump time might have been exceeded
Either it might be due to a clogged pump, improper detergent being used, ( must use "HE" detergent ) hence suds not allowing a proper drain cycle. You should clean water drainage pipe and/or drain hose. Turn selector to off and restart 'drain, program or, on 500 plus machines, the 'refresh' program. It also says this is caused by using too much detergent. Bosch recommends using half of what the manufacturer recommends when using HE detergents. They don't recommend regular detergents. First run the short wash or refresh cycle without detergent and hopefully your lines will clear.

Once it opens click on "select all" then "empty selected" . always run it until you get the message "no files were removed". This may take two or three runs.
I use this program EVERY time I close my broswer as it empties ALL the trash from the junk folders in windows collected from the internet, all at once. No more emptying 6 different files or waiting for a spyware detector to go through all the junk files. It just empties them, is a free programs and is very fast and efficient.
p.s. If you have a virus on the computer , it will refresh itself everytime you run atf cleaner never allowing you to get the "no files were found" message- in this case start your computer in safe mode and run your virus scanner: making sure it is up to date.
