The Optical drive (DVD drive) is present on the right hand side in a Dell Studio 1535 system so please press the eject button next to it and see if that helps. You may refer the attached picture which might help.
Hi there!
Make sure you have the dell webcam central application
installed,
You can download it in the support.dell.com website
just enter your service tag.
Install it then it should be in the program list when you hit the start up.
Restart the computer then try the webcam if it works. If not, go to support website of dell then download the latest driver for the webcam, make sure that you have the right OS in the selection, uninstall the driver in device manager then install the new driver you downloaded. If the webcam still doesn't work check BIOS if the intergrated webcam is on or detected if it is off turn it on, if it is not detected you'll need to replace it, if you were able to turn it on you've done all the things above. try to reinstall the OS after that redo the procedure above and in that time if it still doesn't work. You'll end up replacing it again.
