One side of the phone line to the unit is bad. This could either be in your cords, internal facility wiring, OR with your Telco.

You should see about 50 volts between the two wires to the FAX.

Plug is a plain phone and see if you get dial tone IN THE SAME plug that the FAX is connected.

Microwave oven door wont close

Most microwaves will have a spring loaded latch on the door. The likely issue is the clip for the spring has broken. Unplug it, put it on the benchtop and pry open the inside of the door. It's usually a soft plastic cover that with a gentle persuasion from a flat screwdriver will come off. Start above the latch and pry open as much ad needed. Locate the spring at the bottom, open up one of the fixing loops on the ends with long nose pliers and attach it to a fixed spot around the inside of the door. There are usually metal ribs inside the door and attach the other loop to the base of the latch

My microwave shows an error that says c-5 what is it

That would be "CS", which means low current sense.

CS Current Sense

Current Sense - Indicates control is sensing low current
(Amp) draw. Check components which would allow unit
to run but produce no heat or low heat. Current sense
circuit is active only when using pre-programmed pads.
Time Entry feature will by-pass current sense circuit.
Red wire from cavity T.C.O. must be routed through
current sense loop on H.V. Board.
Possible Causes:
1. Interlock switch (contacts 2 & 3).
2. Open thermal cut-out (magnetron).
3. Open/loose wire.
4. Power relay.
5. H.V. Board.
6. Magnetron.
7. Diode.
8. Capacitor.
9. Transformer.
10.Triac.

My microwave shows PF on the screen and none of the buttons are working, not even the timer button. How to solve this problem ?

PF = Power failure. Try and push the clear or cancel button (or start, or clock etc) You may have missed one. If that doesn't work try and unplug it for 10 seconds or so and retry.

NATIONAL NNN -C 2000P LOW VOLTAGE PRIMARY GETS FREQUENTLY OPENED

There is something on the secondary side which is drawing too much current. I would check all electrolytic capacitors, zener diodes, transistors, and voltage regulators.
