I have a Whirlpool Duet Steam model WFW9600TW01. It has already had the main control panel board changed, now it is stopping just as water starts into the washer, then it flashes "Sud", even when there is no soap in machine. I have to run the Drain cycle to clear the water. Any idea what is wrong with it now? Thanks for your help - Dale
I;ve had the same problem (SUD on first fill) and found this most helpful for my WFW9600TW01 Duet washer

I duplicated his actions and it cleared up my SUD/F35 error. I think running the diagnostic test multiple times flushes the sensors/sensing lines to eliminate the problem.
Outside the normal analog pressure sensor (APS) / hose checks...
Another cause for the F35 and SUD error could be your CCU (control unit). There are components that seem to fail over time and cause the F35 and SUD errors. You can replace those components yourself now...
See f35 error for more information.
I hope this helps and let me know if you need anything else!
Are you using the HE soap? If not then the turbidity sensors picks up the other brands of detergent and as a result the machines thinks their are soap in the clothes.

Hello & Welcome to FixYa
F35 error means that there is some sort of issue
with the steamer electronic board and analog pressure sensor has gone bad.
Check that the hose is firmly attached with the washer and is not blocked. You
can also check the water level pressure switch operation. Please get back to me
if you have any other questions.
