mcaffee is a repeat offender for giving this error, you have to go into mcafee and give chrome access to the internet

with google chrome open press Shift + Ctrl + Delete key at the same time when new window opens go to the Clear data from this period and select last 4 weeks make sure that all is checked off except for passwords this should clear up your issue

i use the google chrome & when i want to go to orkut or any other option it shows the web page is not available & also show error 101
