To get back percentage on taskbar for text
Go to Menu on top and check Status!!!!!!!!
Hi rod,
Your question was a bit vague, but were you talking about the zoom icon from IE? If so:
Open up IE, click Tools, Internet Options, click on the tab Advanced then click restore advanced settings.
If you mean from Window's taskbar, go to start> control panel > accessibility. From under the visual assistance panel, click next to the box that mentions showing the icon in taskbar.
Hope this helps!

You can try the following:
Click Start Button,
Then select All programs,
then "accessories",
then, "system tools",
then, "system restore",
A utility will start. click Next.
(Please note that it will not cause any harm to your data so dont worry about it.)
after flipping through couple of screens, it will give you an option to roll back the settings to an earlier time.
Select an earlier Bold date (that means a system check point exists) click on a check point and click next.
It will ask you to restart after reload. Allow that.
(The system will be rolled back to the point you selected (select a checkpoint that was earlier than the problem occured)).
you will see that once the system will restart, it has restored the system settings to an earlier time and your problems are resolved.
Will appreciate if you can rate this solution offered to you.
Thanks & Best Regards,
Techno-Geek.
