Open the boom flip on your headset. Once open, press and hold both volume buttons
and the call button on Motorola H721 for more than 10 seconds. The
indicator light will flash blue three(3) times and then become steadily lit. The headset is now in pairing mode.
Press and hold both volume keys and the call key on your headset for some 10 seconds, until the indicator led lights steady blue. This will clear all pairing informations stored on it
Your headset works like this: if it is turned on, and doesn't find a paired device within its range, it enters pairing mode again. So, once it is paired, e.g. to your phone, make sure the phone's bluetooth radio is on, prior to turning the headset on.
Hope it's the kind of informations you were looking for.
Cheers!

Hi,
If you never set a passkey for the Bluetooth it should be 0000 or however many digits it is. I'm not exactly sure0.
Please refer back to me for further help if needed.
Thanks!

I actually have both products, and I was able to get my bluetooth to work with 2 phones. All you have to do is first pair your phone with the H721. Then in the phones functions, turn off the bluetooth so it is no longer in discovery or connected...but do not turn off the bluetooth itself, just in the phones settings. Then go to the bluetooth settings in the iphone. you should see the H721 in discovery but not connected. Before connecting it you must put the H721 into discovery mode as well. Hold all three buttons down for 19 sec. it will go solid blue. then push connect on your iphone. onces connected, go to the original phone and turn the setting back on for bluetooth connection. both are now connected. Only one may apear to be connected, but both are. test it with another phone. call each number and you will see that you can now answer both calls with one device. If the iphone is connected and phone 1 rings...the H721 disconnects temporarily from the iphone and connects to the other device to answer it. Hope this helps. Cause thats how I got mine to work.
Press the all-in-one button for about 8 seconds until the light is constantly on, this puts it in pairing mode. then go to your device and initiate pairing. the device code is 0000.
When done the blue light should shut down, and your all set.
Hi,
follow the steps to get your product paired.
Step A - PUT HEADSET IN PAIRING MODE
Note: To turn off headset
With the headset power off, press and hold
the Call button for 6 to 10 seconds until the
blue indicator light turns on and remains
steadily lit. (The light will flash while you
hold the Call button.)
If the indicator light is flashing or does not
remain steadily lit, turn off the headset and
repeat step above.
Step B - SET THE PHONE TO LOOK FOR
YOUR HEADSET
Select (Menu) > Settings > Connection >
Bluetooth Link > Handsfree > Look for Devices.
The phone lists all Bluetooth devices it finds.
Select Motorola H350.
Press OK or Yes to pair (link) the handsfree
device.
Enter the passkey 0000 and press OK.
Note: Passkey cannot be changed
from 0000.
When your headset is successfully paired with
your phone, the blue indicator light changes
from steadily lit to flashing.
