This unit uses a DLP (digital light processor) chip and if this starts to fail then you will get spots appearing on the screen. The DLP chip will need to be replaced.

"Time for periodic maintenance"

Go into (08) mode by holding 0 and 8 when turning on the copier. 251 is the number of copies until it displays that message and 252 is the count since last Preventative maintenance. Resetting 252 will clear the message or putting 251 higher than the value of 252 will clear it as well.

Icemaker

Any time you have "spots" on the ice it's time to have a service company take apart and clean your machine. The ice maker is very dirty and has scum and mold building up in it. This can happen fairly quickly depending on where the unit is. Sandwich shops are the worst. Yeast from the baking of bread gets into the machine and it becomes dirty within 6 weeks or so. They should have their units cleaned every month. They try to do it once a year or less. I do not use ice at any sandwich shop!!

How do I clean my hunter humidifier 33201? the filter blocks have white calcium? built up. I have sick kids and want it to be clean and running properly.

Soak the filters in a solution of 8 oz of white vinegar per gallon of water for about 20 minutes once per week and rinse well.

Better yet, do this once every 2 weeks, and on the off weeks soak the filters in a beach and water solution (rinse well) to keep the mold and bacteria growth from becoming a problem. I also add about a teaspoon of vinegar or a teaspoon of bleach (one or the other, not both at the same time) to the water when I fill the tank.

That helps keep the calcium scale from forming and it keeps the unit itself MUCH cleaner.
