I just bought an emerson microwave. upon plugging it in, it starts to work as if I programmed to reheat a meal. I' ve tried turing it off by using the cancelling button, but it just runs. the only way to stop it is to unplug it. help.
I believe majority of emerson got programmin ERROR intheir KEYPAD.. my emerson microwave got similar issue ..its a brand new one abt few monts old..it started actin weird way ..its keypad wont work..tried many thing unplug it pluge it back in everthing tht necessary..but still keypad is locked..no not the child procted locked..it locked with a digits 00.00 ...sometimes it work sometimes it dont...so no clue wat to do ...

hello I have 900w microwave emerson I have for 6 months it was working find until one day started acting weird 2 months ago it would heat up the foods and cook but did not want to stop now it does not want to heat up anything if you open the door the plate turns but does not heat or cook nothing
Hello. I have a 900 watt Emerson microwave. I have the same problem as niltara. I have had the microwave since october or so of 2007. Up to now, there's been no problems.
