I need the PUK code for my I465 Boost Mobile phone. I havent had service on the phone for sometime. I allowed my grandaughter to play with the phone and she locked the phone. I cant remember the security code to the account so Boost Mobile customer service cant give me the PUK code to the phone. Can anyone help me?

I got this info directly from Boost Mobile and it should be applicable to ALL Motorola i-Series cell phones. <br /> 1. Obtain your PUK code from your cell phone carrier or from the SIM card if you still have it 2. Turn your i-Series phone if it isn't already on. 3. Press the following keys in the following order: <br /> *(star) # Menu (The 4 squares) 1 <br /> 4. The menu to change your SIM Pin will pop up. Select that option. 5. Enter your PUK code (Mine was 8 digits) 6. Enter your new SIM PIN code (0000), (1234), or whatever you like. 7. Verify your new SIM PIN code (The same as you entered above) <br /> And that is how you enter your PUK Code on a Motorola i-Series Cell
