Hi,
This error is idicating that the fuser motor is not turning. Rotate the green fuser knob to see if it is hard to turn. If freely turning then a gear, motor, or DC Controller board is bad. If hard to turn then try to find what is keeping it from turning. The motor Assy is behind the cover right next to the fuser knob. Good Luck.

Try this press additional functions,2 and 8 keys at the same time,additional functions,copier, function,clear,err.power off and on. If that does not work you will need a tech to fix your fixing unit.

4. Select Clear then press O.K
5. Turn your machine off for 1 minute and turn it on again.
