I just bought my phone two weeks ago and now it is displaying the word COST 0 on the main menu. I was wondering how do you remove it from the main screen.

Setting the Day & Time
To change the time shown in the display, follow the steps listed below.
If you do not set the clock on your answering system, your messages on the
answering system may not have the correct time and day stamp.
Press MENU/SELECT.
Move the cursor to Day & Time and press MENU/SELECT.
Use and to select the day of the week, and press MENU/
SELECT.
Note: The day of the week does not appear on the handset display.
Use the number keypad (0 through 9) to enter the hour and minutes.
Use and to select AM or PM, and press MENU/SELECT. You hear a confirmation tone
Instructions: - Remove the handset from the charging unit. Press the "Mute" button to enter the "Main Menu."

i cant send or receive messages from my mobile, sony ericsson w100i . "Message Corrupt" is the message given when i open my inbox in a conversation mode. in normal inbox i can see an empty message. Before a week it showed "Out of memory delete messages" displayed. And i bought this mobile only before 2 weeks ago.. Please solve my problem.
hello,when it got damaged by dropping into water,did you try to dry up the panel before putting it on,if not that would have affected the panel and also the battery,does the phone still power on,if no,you will have to get a battery from a store or a friend who uses same kind of phone to run the test in powering it on.since the screen does not display any longer i suspect the screen is faulty or the pones flex,so you will have to get a new one the assumed estimated cost for both the screen and flex is about 30-50 dollars, please kindly rate the solution if it's helpful,

There are lots of similar codes exist. If you change the last number to 0 you can deactive that code. The 3 digit number at the middle are from 0 to 999. I put the most interesting codes. (EFR):Enhanced Full Rate Codec.

Put extension phone on base unit; press menu; press 0 0; press and hold intercom until charging light starts flashing. the display should show OK on the display screen of the extension phone; press OK. If you have more than one extension to add:
after you press 00; the symbol for # # # will come up. Enter a number for that extension i.e. 2; 3; or your choice.OK will come up on display at bottom right of display; press ok. hope this helps. This info should come on the extension phone and "menu" is on ext. unit. So turn the display up so you can see it while it is on base unit.
