Only one of my earphones work for my mp3 player

I've had a SanDisk Sansa 2GB Mp3 player (model c250) for about 2 years now and suddenly only one of the earphones is working. I know there is nothing wrong with the earphones because I've tried several others with my mp3 player and they all do the same thing, so I know that there is something wrong with the actual device. Is there anything I can do to fix it?

Make sure that you've pushed the earphone plug all the way in. Some Sansa players have very tight earphone jacks. If that doesn't work, it's likely that the player is broken.

Why won't my Sansa 250R won't recognize an sd card?

Your 4GB card is actually a microSDHC card. The e250 works with microSD cards, 2GB and smaller.

Help with sansa e250

Call Sandisk and tell them about your problem. I had the same exact problem. The headphone jack inside is loose. Talk to Sandisk and don't worry about the box, the customer is always right. But after they send you a new sansa e250, sell it on ebay and buy a durable mp3 player like the iriver t10 series. My old iriver dropped on the floor plenty of times and it's still working after 3 years.
