FLash problem i have a 4GB micro vault flash which is not readable when i plug it into my computer...i am sure ther must be some repair option to read it. i can't even format the drive..so please help me

Open My Computer after plugging your USB drive into your computer. Right-click on that drive and select Properties. On the "General" tab you simply type in the name you want and click <OK>. You have a limited number of characters and cannot use spaced and certain characters. Letters and numbers are fine.

check on which file system you have formatted it

You need to read the manual for your car stereo and find out what type of drive and what format the data needs to be in so it can play. If you tell us what model you have, we could help you better.

you can just insert the flash drive to the flash drive port in your PC/ Laptop. then the PC detect the new device and it will automatically open and it will be displayed as a removeable drive in My Computer. that folder will be open, you will get your free musics and photos

Is your usb drive locked? The micro vault classic has a lock switch on it. This prevents you from writing data to it. Please make sure that is not in the lock position. Then plug it back into your pc and you can go ahead and format it.

Hi . Just insert your flash in the USB slot . then go to control panel , there you'll find (add devices) icon . Click it and just follow the steps . and i'm sure that you'll solve the problem there .

when you plug your pendrive in, go to ''my computer'' then right click on the drivepen and go to properties, go to the autoplay tab and tick the select an option to perform and choose open files to view files
