How do you reset the sandisk Cruzer Micro 4GB USB Flash Drive? I cannot figure out how and even though I deleted everything on the usb it still says that I only have some MB's left and it will not put any files on the drive because error saying it is full but it is not? How do reset it my usb drive? Please help me

There isn't a memory card in the Cruzer. It contains a memory chip similar to what's inside a SD card. Even if you managed to extract the chip without damaging it, you'd need a different controller.

connect it to PC then... go to My Computer icon on desk top >> right click >> manage >> Disk management >> select ur SanDisk Cruzer Micro 4GB USB 2.0 Flash Drive >> right click >>format ....ok......

Try to format the stick.

you plug the SanDisk Cruzer Micro 4GB USB 2.0 Flash Drive into your computer open the file that says SadDisk and drag the files you want to download into the SanDisk file good luck!! :)

press the apple key and delete , or command and delete

rite click on it in mycomputer and click propertys to see if your thunb drive even has memory on it could have ben fried by sum and has no memory now

Cruzer Micro is an USB external memory where you can store files.
It is automatically detected and installed on all Windows OS from Windows 2000 onward, same on Mac OS and recent Linux versions.
All you have to do is plugging the device into USB.
After the flash drive had been automatically installed , it will be displayed under Computer as an external disk.
You can copy and transfer files using Cut, Copy and Paste functions, or Send to function in windows, or the file manager, depending on the OS used.
In Windows, before unplugging the memory from USB , it is better to turn off the computer or use the 'safely remove USB' function located near to the clock, on the lower right hand corner.

Have you tried installing the driver for it on your computer?

The memory cards also have a write protection switch to protect data from being deleted or overwritten, just like a floppy disk

First thing i would do is try to do a checkdisk in windows. Double click my computer > right click the thumb drive > click properties >click tools> click checkdisk. If all comes up ok with no errors try formatting the drive.
