i had the same trouble i changed 2 capacitors on the power supply board a 470uf at 25 volts and a 1000uf capacitor 25 volts.look for any capacitor where the top is bulged and replace them. my monitor works great again.
Sounds to me your high voltage powersupply is out. To repair open monitor and remove high voltage powersupply. Inspect the caps on the board. Look for the ends of the caps to be mushroomed out. Replace these caps, usally 470 uf caps. Replace with 25volt caps. Might also be some 100uf caps as well. This is a common problem with all LCD monitors.
schematic manual for monitors are not available.repairing a monitor dont need any schematics post the problem here will teach you how to do it. thank you!
Sounds like the LCD monitor is not getting a proper input signal. Check your cables between the computer and monitor. Replace them if need. Also check the pins and make sure that none are bent or disfigured.
Try a replacment monitor from a family member or friend. If their monitor works ok.....then your due for a replacment. The are very little user servicable parts inside.
