Hi. It probably needs resetting. It's hard to get manuals now and Casio don't let me distribute them. the-checkout-tech.com has one available and it's cheap:
Preview of manual:
http://the-checkout-tech.com/manuals/TOC/cashregisters/Casio/CE-3700_operators_and_programming.TOC.pdf
Full manual:
http://the-checkout-tech.com/estore/catalog/advanced_search_result.php?keywords=CE-3700_operators_and_programm&x=0&y=0
If you get a manual, I can guide you through any parts of it that you don't understand.

MY CASIO CE-3700 CASH REGISTER SAYS E33 WHEN IT IS TURNED ON. How do I correct

Hi Josie. E33 means you have not entered amount tendered.

turn key to REG
Press SUBTOTAL
An amount should show on the display. Note this amount.
Type the amount shown on the display with no decimal e.g if display shows 12.30, type 1230.
Press CASH
Drawer should open.

If you cannot clear the error (try the clear button C) or no amount shows when you press SUBTOTAL, it probably means the memory has become corrupted due to a flat or faulty battery.

Casio ce-3700 showing some percentages on it's reading.how take that out?

Which percentages? Which reading? You will need to be more specific. If it is part of the daily report, the user manual should be able to show you what they mean. If you need more information, the Casio CE-3700 manuals are here:

Have a ce-3700 raized keyboard the till resets and can set date and time but the departments won't work one needs to open the department so that ne can work the till how

If you have performed a RAM (MAC) clear, then the departments should work as soon as the MAC code has been set. Make sure you aren't using a decimal point for prices. -----------------------------------------------------------

I have a casio CE3700 cash register. The machine locked up. I followed the normal procedures to resolve this, however when I turned the power back on from the socket the machine fails to turn on at all...

It sounds like there is a good reason for it locking up the first time then. Most commonly it is caused by a printer problem. Most Casio models will run the printer before they turn the display on, so if you can't hear the printer run at turn on, I'd start there. Look for paper jams. make sure the motor can turn freely. If the motor is okay, check the battery. You can experience weird problems if the battery has not been replaced on time. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I have casio ce-3700 cash register and i have problem E04 and noies come beep any one help me plz.

This is caused by incomplete initialisation. it means the program may be corrupt from being unplugged for too long, or you may have a bad battery inside the machine (change it every five years).
Firstly, try a flag clear to jump it back to REG mode:
Turn power off at wall Turn key to program position Hold down RECEIPT FEED button. Keep your finger on it. Turn power on at wall Wait 5 seconds, then let go of RECEIPT FEED Press SUBTOTAL
Turn key back to REG mode and try it. If the programming is corrupt, you will often see the decimal point in the wrong place.
If you want to re-program it, there is a manual for the CE-3700 here:

Casio error 04 to 09

Hi. It means the password has not been entered. I suspect this machine has not been RAM cleared properly after the battery was changed. What MAC code did you enter when you changed the battery and initialised it?

Casio CE-3700 cash register MAC instructions

Hi. I would advise both of you to try a flag clear first to see if you have any program left.

Turn key to program. Power off at wall.
Hold RECEIPT FEED, and turn power on at wall.
Wait 10 seconds, then let go of RECEIPT FEED.
When you see 'FFFFFFFFF' press SUBTOTAL.
Turn key back to REG and try it.

If you still need help, let me know.
