U13 toner empty how to reset - Panasonic Workio DP-1820E Copier

First of all replace the toner cartridge, if it doesn't clear, check the developer unit for any gear wornout and rectify. This should solve your problem, good luck!

Add Toner 1. Toner Bottle is incorrectly installed.
2. Low Toner.
3. Toner Sensor is disconnected.
4. Toner Sensor is defective.
5. SPC PCB connector is disconnected.
6. SPC PCB is defective.

U HAVE TO ENTER THE SERVICE MODE BY PRESSING FUNCTION -ORIGINAL SIZE -3 THEN GO RAM INITIALIZE IN FUNCTION 9 AND THATS ALL

Add toner or replace waste toner container.

if ur a rep then u have reset the ram(initialize ) in the service mode

try one more new toner otherwise a technician will need to be called

are you using the original cartiage,if yes chek the toner moter

Hi, have you changed the drum anytime soon? If so did you clear the message before installing the new drum? The only other option would be to try a diffrent toner. There is not toner reset counter like there is for the drum! So I would reset the drum counter and see what happens. Good Luck
