Is the Sharp Convection Grill Microwave either model R-820JS or R-820BC? If so . . .

The cooking directions begin on Page 24 of the Operation Manual.

If you do not have the manual, you can find it as a PDF document (Adobe Reader software needed - free) to download for free here:

The cooking instructions start on Image 27 of the PDF document and run through Image 30 (Page 26.)

I would choose the convection cooking temperature for either Frozen Convenience Foods or Pies, Frozen Prepared.

Did you check the Sharp web site? They usually have manuals that you can download.

Best way short of Sharp is Google the model number of the unit with "manual" to try to locate free one online.
