The phone can store upto 10 24 digit numbers with 15 character names this memory is in addition to the caller id memory which stores the last 40 caller id numbers.

There a multiple websites that have the PDF version of the manual for this phone posted to download for free. Just enter the make & model number into the search field on your browser. Many of the sites that sell them have free manuals available.
