HOWTO Reset H5 01 Error on Sharp Laser Printer Copiers

Type # - interrupt - C - interrupt and clear the code with simulation 14 and then hit CA to exit. If the code comes back there is a problem with your fuser (dirty thermistors cloged with toner, or one of the lamps are out)

H4 00 Heat roller abnormally low temperature

The fusing temperature does not reach 175C degrees within 30 sec of turning on the power, or the fusing temperature keeps at 140C degrees.

C/I/0/I code 14. If it doesn't reset probably a blown thermostat on those piece of **** fusers. Also have seen the lamps some, mostly thermostat. If it has many miles on it I'd just replace the fuser.

If the previous methid wont work..., Clear --> Density select --> Clear --> Density select is for service mode.
Check code 26-30 and set to 0 - CE mark support control OFF
Try surge arrest power source.

Hello sir; I like you check the exit senser first see does it move freely, if yes, then do a reset procedure; press "program", "interupt", "clear", "interupt" then enter 14 press start, turn power off and back on.

Hello sir; there have no reset key for maintenence, whenevere PM light on you need to do PM service (such as replace drum developer, drum blade etc.)

Make sure the copier is in "copy" mode.
To get into service mode press the following keys one after the other "P" key - "interupt" key - "clear" key - "interupt" key (do not play around with setting in service mode as this can render your copier useless)
enter 22 and press "start" enter "7" and press start. This should display the admin code.
Restart the copier and you should be good to go.

what is you OS? check you printer drivers. are they properly installed?, what is your connection between your PC to your printer?, AR 275 can be connected thru network, parallel port, and a USB... they have different printer drivers

The default is 00000

Simulation 22 - 07 will display the Key operator code.

Perform the following procedure to enter the simulation mode.
"#" key -> “*“ (star) key -> "C" key -> “*“ (star) key (do this in quick sequence order, the display should change, then enter below)

Press the "CA" button to go back to Copy mode.

WHEN THE SHARP AR-5316 PHOTOCOPIER IS SWITCHED ON THE ERROR CODE 4H APPEARSAND THE MACHINE CANNOT BE OPERATED. IHAVE TRIED THE SOLUTION SUGGESTED JUNE THIS YEAR BUT IT DID NOT WORK. WHAT CAN I DO TO GET THE MACHINE TO WORK? IT IS VERY URGENT.
