It is certainly a drainage issue. Check the connectors on the main board or timer dial. Also check the drain pump actually works.
@ronhurley the error code "OE" is a "Drain error " and it is initiated by your washer not having fully drained in 10 minutes. Most common cause is a clogged filter.

"F02" is a Long Drain error. If the drain time exceeds 8 minutes this error code will be displayed. In addition, a "SUDS" error may also be generated as a secondary error. This is an indication of a drain pump problem and/or clog in the drain line. You will need to check the following:
1. Check the drain hose to make sure it is not kinked or clogged. 2. Check the electrical connections to the pump and ensure the pump is running. 3. Remove the drain pump filter and check for foreign objects and/or debris.
To check the drain pump, click on the following link for step-by-step instructions.
"F02" is a Long Drain error code. This indicates that you have an obstruction in the drainage system. More than likely you probably have a clog in the drain pump. The following link explains:
Included is a follow-on link that explains how to check the drain pump to clean. You may also have to remove the inlet hose that runs from the bottom of the wash tub to the inlet side of the drain pump. Debris can commonly clog in this area as well causing the drain cycle to fail.
If you have any questions about this repair, or need additional assistance, please let me know. I hope this helps you.
NOTE: If these preliminary measures do not correct your problem, you may have to replace the drain pump. It does not take much to damage the pump impeller or motor. Since the error code is generated if the drain cycle exceeds 8 minutes, if the pump is damaged and can't pump at the required volume, the error code will continue to appear until the pump is replaced.

If the error code reappears after you clean out the drain pump, you may need to replace the pump. If the pump motor or impeller is damaged and it is not pumping at the correct volume, the error code will continue until the pump is replaced.
A replacement pump (if needed) can be purchased at any of the following web sites:
Is your pump clear? Nothing is in the pump blocking it? Does it drain ok? Check out your pump buy removing the bottom panel..Then check you drain hose where ever it is draining into, make sure drain isnt tp far into drain, or sink becausewater will syphen back into washer...try checking these simple checks first. i think your pump has a screw in type plastic cap. unscrew and check if you have anything in it and nothing is restricting the inpeller. spin the impeller with you finger make sure it spins around freely. you will feel some tension from the magnitation it is getting. but yeah, try these simple checks first and see what happens....
Hi jbll,
The f02 code is always from a slow drain issue. This washer allows only 8 minutes for all the water to drain and if it is not gone in time you get the F02.
This is the proper check sequence for that problem.
Check the drain hose and make sure it is not plugged or kinked.
Check the electrical connections at the pump and make sure the pump is running.
Check the drain pump filter for foreign objects. You can remove this easily and replace it if needed.
If the above does not correct the problem, replace the pump.
I hope this has helped, Lots of luck . Mike Anderson [email protected]
