Have new drive belt to fix on to a hotpoint aquarius washing machine, wf220. Is there a moveable part so i can get belt to reach from motor drive to the wheel on the back of the drum?
There is a removeable cover at bottom rear of washer..
Undo this, and you will see the motor and belt.
It will be very tight to put on, but this is normal as it is a stretch belt, that is why there is no adjustment on motor.

Hi, fit the belt over the motor pulley and as far onto the right hand side of the main drum pulley as possible (viewed from the front of the machine), hold it on the drum pulley with the aid of a few cable ties.Then rotate the drum anti clockwise by holding one of the paddles from inside. This will draw the belt onto the drum pulley and snap the cable ties as it rotates.
