On the keyboard......User tools> administrator tools>address book.
you make your changes\ additions here.
You also must have your network settings completed in user tools. DNS, SMTP SERVER, GATEWAY ect....

It happen when there is a slight load tansfer belt. What l did was..clean all the rollers & bushings underneath the transfer belt. Threre are 3 rollers..4 bearings & 2 bushings. Remove all stains.. And also you could polish the surface of the transfer belt by using car polish liquid to smoothen the belt rotation
Enter the IP address of the copier in the address bar on your browser(to see the copier's web page). You should see a log in button, admin is name and password is left blank. Address book should now appear on left side of screen, click it and add or edit addresses now.
Try opening up your web browser and type in the ip address of your lanier. You should to access the facsimile function located on the left side. Once youre in the facsimile function, you should see a thumbnail view of the faxes stored in your lanier. Simply click on the faxes and delete them.
Should be as follows: "User tools" "system settings" "key Operator" "program/ change/delete address" Then select the appropriate function /address, etc. to change
You must program the email addresses in the machine address book, so that you will have a destination list to scan to email.
You can also try to scan by pressing the Scanner button to access the scanner function and input the email address manually by selecting manual, and then press the Start button to scan the document.
