How can i re connect the wii fit balance board to my wii ?

Synching can be completed only if a compatible game disc is running in the console. Compatible game discs (such as Wii Fit) will display the Wii Balance Board icon on their packaging.
The Wii Balance Board must be synced to each compatible game individually.
These sync settings will be saved even after the console is turned off.

Follow these directions to sync the Wii Balance Board (so that it is recognized by the Wii console):

Insert a Wii Balance Board compatible game disc (such as Wii Fit) in the Wii console.

Use the Wii Remote to select the Disc Channel from the Wii Menu, then select "Start" to begin the game.

Open the SD Card slot cover on the front of the Wii console.

Remove the Battery Cover on the bottom of the Wii Balance Board.

Press and release the SYNC button on the Wii Balance Board. The Power LED on the board will start blinking.

Press and release the SYNC button on the console while the Power LED on the board is still blinking.

The Power LED will stop blinking and light steadily once the synchronization is complete.

How do you sync the wii fit board and wii console

  • Put four AA batteries into the battery housing located on the underside of the Wii Balance Board.

  • Insert a Wii Balance Board compatible game into the Wii system.

  • Select the "Disc Channel" on the screen with the Wii remote, and choose "Start."

  • Open the SD card slot to reveal a sync button on the Wii system. This is located behind a cover under the power and eject buttons.

  • Turn the Wii Balance Board upside down.

  • Remove the battery cover under the balance board to reveal another sync button.

  • Pres the sync button on the balance board, then press the sync button on the Wii. Do not hold down the buttons. You know it is synchronized when the blue light on the Wii Balance Board stays steady

  • Place the board on a flat surface directly in front of the TV. Face the power button away from the TV.

    Wii balance board won't register

Try putting on the extension feet then you should not have that problem.
    - Make sure nothing is on it or under it that could mess with the sensors.
    - If the problem persists your problem is the Wii board and it might need to be re-calibrated.

On some aerobic games, particularly the step aerobics, it does not register my footwork correctly, and on the moves where you lift your foot up it will not recognise that at all.

Make sure that the balance board is set up where the blue power button is facing AWAY from your Wii/TV.

If it is set up correctly, then run a diagnostic on your balance board (see instruction booklet).

Regrettably, these boards have a bit of a history of one of the 4 sensors going out. If this is the case, then ensure your product is registered at www.nintendo.com and contact their customer service department.

    Good luck!

Wii balance board weight differently after put on a wii board sk

Sometimes the silicone skin can have an effect on the Wii Fit Balance Board if it gets pinched. Make sure that it is not interfering with the the total movement of the top portion of the Wii Fit balance board and the space between the top and the middle of the unit. If there is any obstruction, refit the skin on the balance board.

Want to use two wii fit boards at the same time?

You can't sync 2 balance boards to one wii.

I heard this is why but this isnt confirmed...
the wii can only register 4 controllers at one time... the wiifit balance board counts as 2 controllers, leaving only 2 controllers available... obviously a person would want at least one regular controller to use along with the wiifit balance board, so just using wiifit leaves only one free controller slot available...

    hope this helps...

Wii Fit instructions for movements are all in reverse

No it is not how Wii Fit is supposed to be. First, let me suggest that you ensure that the power button on the Wii Fit Balance Board is facing AWAY from the TV set. This may seem silly, but it's the most common error. As for the Hula Hoop game, make sure that your weight is all on the side of the Wii Fit Balance Board in the direction that you need to lean to catch the hoop.

There have been instances of the sensors in the Wii Fit Balance Board going out. If you have tried the above steps and you are still getting errors, please go to www.nintendo.com, register your product, and open a problem ticket with them.

    Good luck!

    Power led light

If there is no reason for the Wii Balance Board to be on, it will automatically turn off. Start up a game that uses the Balance (Wii Fit) and it will tell you when to turn on the Wii Balance Board. If you still have problems, try to sync the Balance Board again.
