My sony ericson k610i phone will not charge

to format sony ericson mobiles follow the step
step1. go in menu and enter in the setting option
step2. in setting menu search for master reset or factory setting option.
step 3. enter in master reset option it will ask you for code.
step4 enter code 0000
now you are done.
0000 is default code it will work unless you have changed it.

Well there could be 3 things wrong

1 is your charger is faulty

2.battery is faulty or 3 something else.

I would return the phone to your dealer,at least he can check battery and another charger.

maybe is the charger te one that have the failure
try changing it if not, maybe the cellphone terminals are damaged and you need reparation

Go to SonyEricsson Service center, than tell Ur trouble Ur phone

its 4 zeros - "0000"

I have the same problem.
My opinion is that you have to flashing your phone. I'm still looking for good program to resolve this.
