Iv got a philips freeview box (DTR 220). It works ok apart from channel 5, once the information box displaying programme info dissapears so does the picture and all i am left with is the audio.
Iv tried resetting, rescanning and even leaving the box unplugged for an hour.

We have the same problem with channel 70. Have tried altering the amount of time the info box comes up for. Reverting to factory settings seems to make the problem less frequent, but doesn't cure it.
Same Problem with channel 71 CBeebies. Have rescanned all channels and this did correct the problem previously but hasn't fixed it this time.

Same problem with Cbeebies. Bought the box 10 days ago and it was fine, then suddenly today we are losing the picture as soon as the info box disappears. But why has it worked up to now? Great timing too, 3 days before Christmas..
