Ok, for first, let as see which color are misaligned.
You should bring up the printer status screen from the LBP-5000 and just type this code: *28* then go to the second menu and choose the "service menu".
Then try to find out a menu where you can print out some infos. I think it is the second menu in the "service menu"
You should get printed out on 3pcs of papers all 4 colors separated. Some colors are misaligned. If you have that printing then scan it and send it to me to this mail: [email protected]
so I can see what is happening.
If you have an eeprom reader and a little electronic scill it would be nice for the next steps...
