take it back for a warranty inspection / repair or refund
maybe it is not genuine brand but a knock off in which case the manufacturer would like to be told about
I don't think it is normal for hand to move when tilted. what about the warranty? Tissot must cover your watch under the warranty. Mind you I had a similar experience with Samsonite luggage and despite International guarantee, they did not honor. I have lost faith in some brand names.
your watch is a chronograph or stop watch. the large second hand that is pointed at 12, it is the second hand of the stop watch, it moves when you press te upper right button and it stop on that button too. when it stops the lower button is the reset. i hope i had been helped you.
When a battery is replaced, but doesn't last long, that indicates an internal electrical problem with your watch. The fact that the hands are operating incorrectly is also an indicator that something has shorted out inside the watch. I wish whomever sold you batteries 2 & 3 knew what they were doing!
As the Tissot is a fairly expensive, quality watch, I would suggest finding a locally-owned, high-end jeweler to recommend a watch repair shop, or alternatively, go online and Google "Tissot repair" to find an authorized repair shop. Good luck! Sorry I couldn't help you.
Your Tissot watch is a chronograph. The large second hand is for the stop watch only. There is another second hand by the six that is for the time. To get the large second hand to move hit the top right button, that works the stop watch. If you already knew this and your large second hand is not going around then there is something wrong with the watch either a battery or needs service.
