I have the R328W and when I turn it on it normally works fine. After a few minutes I am getting double images that are lighter as well as horizontal lines. If I go up and tap the TV or hit the top or side I can some times get it to stop. It seems like something is loose. This problem comes and goes, it happens on all channels as well as all inputs, TV, component, composite, and pc. Do I need a new key controller board PCB? I'm looking for advice before I open the case up.

You have one of two problem.
(1) You have a loose connection on your LDS cable going from your signal board to your T-Con board. The T-Con board s the board that is mounted directly to the panel. Its sits near the top of the panel in the middle.
(2) You have a bad T-con board. This board cannot be repaired. It must be replaced. I can tell you where you can find it
