My 2006 Yukon liftgate does not lock with the other doors. Can someone help me? Thanks!!

It is probably the actuator inside the tailgate. I found this URL on internet http://www.chefseattle.com/blog/site-news/suburban-rear-liftgate-wont-unlock-how-to-fix/ Although not your problem, it will assist you in panel removal and actuator repair or replacement.

How do I replace the exterior lock on a 2001 suburban that was broken into by having the lock popped?

Which door? Doesn't really matter, you have to go in from the inside to remove the keeper and disconnect the linkage to the electric actuator. Lots of little things in the way in there so watch yourself. Was the door damaged? Should just be able to remove the screws around the handle and pop the plastic retainers loose from the lower part of the door panel, be gental, they do break. Once the panel is loose it should lift up out of the window channel. You will have to disconnect the wireing and anything else that is in the way.

1999 GMC suburban locks seize in locked postion

I just bought a 1999 Suburban and all of the door lock actuators were bad including the rear (barn style door) while I was replacing the rear door acuator I noticed that even with the factory mounting bracket on the actuator it was causing the door lock rod (the rod from the keyed cylinder lock to the actuator) was on a bind......the solution I came up with is adding an additional 3/4" spacer between the factory mount bracket and the door attach point. this solved any binding and the door lock works great now........also I used a lubricant on all the doors where the rods run through the plastic guides, which seemed to help quite a bit! Hope this help's.

Poping the hood with a don't inside latch of the hood

I have a 1999 Suburban that has several of the door latches that do not operate properly with the remote button or the power door lock button on the door. If your locks open okay with the key, it is most likely the lock actuator that is the problem. The coils on these can get weak and not be able to operate the locking mechanism. Changing them out is probably required. Haven't actually changed mine yet, but have taken door panel off to lubricate actuator rod. This helped only briefly. Good luck. The actuators themselves are quite expensive from the dealer. ($60-$80 each, excluding installation)
If you mean the door handle on the inside of the vehicle, it is probably broken. So, when you pull on it it can't pull the actuator rod. You have to change the handle assembly. They cost about $40. But you have to drill out the rivet. So buy a pop rivet gun and a trim removal tool. 1. Un-bolt the window regulator panel (after you have removed the trim panel) 2. Pull the top the panel back a bit. Lowering the window about 3 inches will help. But, don't pull on the panel too hard. 3. Stick rim removal tool in there and pop off the power door look rod. 4. Use you hand and pop off the handle actuation rod 5. Drill out the rivet on the latch assembly 6. Slide assembly forward and remove. 7. Do things in reverse to reassemble
