You can unlock your Motorola Razor using remote unlocking code, I recently got mine unlocked online, I was with ATT before and now I am using T-mobile service, because T-mobile signals are excellent where I live.

try asking a att rep from a store, its the puk code they can usually give it to you if you are transfering to them, dont go to a franchise tho, go to a corporate, they are more to getting you to their service. if you already have service with att they might not be as cooperative. but usually if thats the case you can get it unlocked for liek 25-50 bucks at some places. let me know. it may not be worth it, you can get regualr razers nwo a days for 50 bucks on ebay. in good cond.
