Trying to install a polycom viavideo camera, my windows 7 is nor recognizing it. Where can i download the driver for ir?

1st You download Webcam Driver.

After this install the Webcam driver in the system.
Installation of Webcam Driver
Go to the control panel
Click on the System Icon
Click on the Hardware Tab
Click on the Device Manager s
Select the Unknown Device or printer device where yellow Question Marks sign on it.
Right click on it and uninstall it.
After this go to the top of the device manager and click on scan for hardware changes.
Driver installation Wizard start.
Brows Your Driver from the Hard Disk and click on next.
Driver will be install.

1st You download Webcam Driver.

get here and download and install all related software with windows7 ..cause in the software you installed the driver is not present..and this is the reason that the camera is not recognized
also ..if you have the driver disk ..and it has the driver for windows 7 (or for vista on 32 at least ..) insert the disk ..and the camera ..and go to control panel and run the add new hardware wizard..and try to let it find the driver automatically from the disk ..
if it do not find the driver .install all related software from the support site I linked you ..cause it is not specified which one contains the driver and which not ..but I assume that the ones that are made for browsing photos .have the driver inside..

The camera is out of date and Polycom has dropped all support.
You don't mention which operating system you have, but there is a driver for Windows XP, Windows 2000, Windows 98 available at

that is not the solution, the camera only with polycm pvx application.
