Need to replace all the parts inside the tank of Jacuzzi toilet

The "universal" parts found in Lowe's or Home Depot do not do it for my Jacuzzi toilet. I believe it is the Maxima model. These parts are very different from a standard toilet. For example, instead of just two holes (one for water coming in and one for water going out), there is a 3rd hole, which appears to be a separate overflow drain. In the universals, the overflow is routed through the hole that the flapper covers. Additionally, there is a plastic tank inside the porcelain tank, which is supposed to hold all the water. I can't find anywhere that sells a complete replacement set of parts.

Need parts for a 30 year old jacuzzi toilet

Depending on what the innards look like, you can spend $15 at a home center like Home Depot for a toilet replacement parts kit. They're easy to install (about 30 minutes) and fix most common toilet issues.

If this won't work you might need to contact a plumbing supply company in your area. You'd be surprised what they have in inventory....

I am looking to replace the part inside tank that lifts flapper

Remove the entire chain, and take it to a hardware store, or home center (Home depot or Lowes) and ask for a suitable replacement.
Or you could replace the entire flapper that comes with a chain, at any of the above named stores.
Dont forget to take the flapper with you...
Good luck
