FixYa does not sell any products, you have purchase it from somewhere else.. You can download the drivers for your WEBcam from the manufacturer's WEB site. Go to this WEB site to download. http://www.free-4all-download.com/usb/usb+camera+sino-cam-281+driver+download
Call or email the sony support team. You can have them send you a new cd. It may cost a couple of bucks thought. If you need it for free you can try to find it on a peer to peer network but the chances of finding are slim and it will take some work.
