How can i configure ATI Radeon 9250 with some pc games requiring a video card as like the nvidia geforce ... is this a matter of great conflict of playing a gaming network???

Your graphics card is below the game minimum requirements (see link below) I would guess that this was a Dell, HP or other, and yours is basically a stripped down card with missing features, less memory etc. (which is why FIFA doesn't work) Your game also requires shader model 3.0, which will be present in all retail video cards on the list below.

did you have an Nvidia video card in the computer before installing the ATI?
IF you did, then you may need to reinstall the Operating system in order to get the ATI card working, the Nvidia drivers and ATI drivers will conflict.

Seems like your graphic card is not supported. Its a older version. If that doesn't fix it (which I don't think it will), you might just have to buy yourself a better graphics card and/or computer.

Well, I can solve it but it is somewhat bad news. Basically your video card is not powerful enough. Here are the ATI specs from the EA website;

I would recommend buying a new video card. You can pick up a NVIDIA 8400 thru 8600 for about $30 or $40 from Frys.com or newegg.com sometimes cheaper with rebate.

They are fairly easy to install.
