The water is syphoning out the drain hose.
Many times when the stand pipe is backing up someone will seal the washer drain hose to the pipe to avoid overflow of the stand pipe.
This causes the water to syphon from the washer.

Or the opening for the stand pipe is just big enough to put the drain hose in and is to tight causing the syphon.

Putting the drain hose to far down the pipe can cause a syphon also.

Beko dishwasher doesn always fill with water but makes sounds as if it does. Other times it works great any ideas?

depending on chosen wash cycle washers are not always supposed to 'fill' just use enough for that cycle .
If you mean sometimes no water at all and sometimes water with same settings check hoses and valves .
make sure valves are fully open hoses securely attached and hoses from valves to washer are not pinched twisted or damaged.
Hopefully the water not getting in the washer isn't leaking all over your floor below the washer.

Whirlpool washer WTW57ESVW0 won't fill with water. I bought this machine two months ago was working fine and then just stopped filling water. Spin cycle and drain cycle work but it won't start fill...

Solution for WTW57ESVW0 Whirlpool Washer that won't fill or agitate, but will spin and drain water.

Replacing the Auto Load Sensing Switch (W10177795 - Illus. No. 12 on Control and Rear Panel Parts) fixed the problem.

In addition, a defective switch can also cause the machine to start agitating while it is filling.

It is relatively easy to replace and there are online videos that can help with the replacement.

I have a whirlpool washer model lsr8233jq0. It was working fine until I moved. I think my "movers" might have damaged it. The tub will fill with water and it will spin but the tub won't drain. I don't...

Tilt it on it's side (once you drain it, using a shop vac). Locate the drain hose, it's connected to the pump. Remove hose, See if anything is blocking the exit.

While it's on its side, check and see if your "movers" (Which probably means means uncle bob and his beer buddy roy) might have disconnected and wires leadign the the pump... 99.999% of connectors are simple push on type.
