Holding down CTRL and ALT while pressing the DOWN ARROW flips the screen upside down.
To undo it, and flip it back to normal, hold down CTRL and ALT and press the UP ARROW.
You can also try CTRL-SHIFT and then “r” … this works for some Dell configurations
This problem can also be solve in some PC using the below technique.
In Control Panel>Display>Settings tab>Advanced button, look for settings relating to display or screen position.
Newer video cards have the capability to flip the display 90 and 180 degrees for use with LCD screens that can be rotated.
If the problem still persist, Start you PC with F8 key press, select "Last known good configuration that works"
it will most probably solve the problem.
wow!! i tell u guys/gals here at "Fixya.com" never seem to let me down..I dont know how it happened(screen getttin flipped i mean) but this solution naturally was very very helpful..But again,I expect nothing less when I come here with a problem..Believe it or not,the only way it could have happened,is if my dog was pawing at the keyboard and miraculously just happened to hit the proper key combo(control alt up arrow)..Altho she is an amazing girl,I find it hard to believe it was intentional..Anyway thank you again for your help, and this site.Great site.NEVER FAILS..
Thank u soo much!!
