You tried the number I told you to try and that didn't work so you called the service provider as I suggested, and they wouldn't help you?
Did your service provider tell you that you would have to go to the manufacturer or send your phone to a service center or offer other assistance. I did suggest you call them ... Did they talk about a 'hard reset' of your telephone?
You clicked on the link I provided and you read the article and followed that suggestion and they still couldn't or wouldn't help you?

I am very interested in the final resolution for this problem. Evidently there is another code I am not familiar with. Please help me to help others with this problem in the future. Your feedback is valuable to me.
