Why does a manage add-ons window open when I connect to IE9?

It's designed to do so. This will happen every time unless you disable add-ons permanently.

When I am on the internet it continually stops working and it says Internet Explorer has stopped working We are searching for a solution to the problem but nothing every happens and I have to close the...

This would be an issue within Internet Explorer. Best bet would be to reset Internet Explorer which is really easy to do. With Internet Explorer open click on tools in either the upper left or right corner. Then click Internet options. A new window should open with multiple tabs across the top. Click on the last tab which should be be advanced. Towards the very bottom of this page you would have either a reset or restore defaults button. Click this button which will reset Internet Explorer to it's original settings. You will not loose any of your favorites. If this does not fix the problem then you may need to update or reinstall Internet Explorer.

It is not working.I can't acess the page

Hi,

Please try to reset the internet explorer:

1. Click on start button and then click on run option. If you don’t see run then press hold-down the windows key and press r key once. You should see the run window.
2 In run type inetcpl.cpl and click on ok.
3. You should see the internet properties window. Click on advanced tab on the top.
4. Click on reset button and on the confirmation window click on reset.

Once the reset processes is done then try to open internet explorer and go online.

In case if it still doesn’t work then try to open internet explorer without addons.

1. Click on start and go to all programs.
2. Go to accessories the go to system tools.
3. Click on the Internet explorer without addons.

If it comes up then try to go online. If the internet works then copy and paste the following link in the address box and download the firefox.

http://www.filehippo.com/download_firefox/

Use firefox for internet and let me know what exactly the error or happen when you open internet explorer.

I continually get "This page contains both secure and nonsecure item. Do you want to continue". I am using IE7. How do I stop that message from popping up?

With Internet Explorer open select Tools from the menu, than select Internet Options. Select the Advanced tab. Scroll to the bottom of the options and de-select Warn if changing between secure and non-secure mode. Than close and restart Internet Explorer.

Closing Multiple Windows

Are you using internet explorer?

Internet explorer is unable to handle many windows open at the same time.

My suggestion is to use Mozilla Firefox which can be downloaded for free which is safer and has much fewer errors than IE. Please update me on the situation and what internet browser you are using and I will work with you until the problem is fixed.
