I have a samsung Tantus. When you turn this TV on.. its makes a beeping noise. The TV keeps beeping as if it is coming on... and then it beeps.. turning off... and repeats this action over and over with a picture never coming on the screen. You can even hear the Tv for the split second it is on.. but not see a picture ANY HELP would be greatly appreciated!! I have tried turning it off and unplugging it for over 20 minutes.. and it still repeats the same things I have the same prob. Just moved from NZ to Australia and turned T.V on - went fine - daughter turned it off without really giving it enough time to warm up, now green light comes on, I hear the sound then beeps and doesn't turn on. Please help - have only just moved.

if the TV is trying to turn ON and then turning OFF it must be some type of shorting in the circuit board.
if there is some type of short in the board then it must be trying to turn off. this is to protect the innner components from getting damaged.
and hence try to open the TV and lok for any kind of short circuits.
this wil solve the problem surely. but do it carefuly.

but if this problem is left unattended it will keep repeating itself again and again.
and hence please try to see where is the shorting occuring and then try to resolve it.
if u r not able to do it call a tech who can do it a more better and more efficient way.
