You can get guide from many sites.. i know few
error codes/ fault codes, wiring diagrams, schematic diagrams, torque specs, engine info, switches functioning, assemble, disassembly, complete refurbish, repair, installation every single thin g is covered
within seconds u can get the access and it's totally illustrative complete
I think you would have to access the firmware via a terminal so if you know the quad ie.192.168.x.x 'x' being any number between 0-255 includeing zero and hitting connect then you should be able to access this stuff via the firmware menu.
feature 985 shows you your vm extension #.
feature 983 then try 1029999 (if password was changed to 9999 or something else)
or maybe feature 983 then 738662 'ok' then 266344 'ok'. depending on the norstar system you have.
these are some codes to enter the vm management. What are you trying to do, reset a vm password or other system programming?
I am having the same issue. I am told that I have to have the administrators code (which I am told is kept with the person who services the phone and set them up originally...they are out of business now..so I am given a number to China). Without the admin code you can't get access. Sure if we knew the Voicemail password we could change the password and VM...but we don't know the password for the person who used this phone line or the administrators password....so now we have a greeting on our phone from someone who PASSED AWAY!!! ANd it is very disturbing. Hope someone can help us both. Is there a default code or reset code???
It depends on what you mean by "can't access". The Panasonic voice mail system is accessed by dialing the VM access code, sometimes 500 or 165, from the phone you want to use. If you, for example, are extension 105, and it has a voice mail box, the lady will either tell you how many messages you have, or ask for a password. If that's how you can't access VM because you don't have a password, then the password can be reset from mailbox 999, the system administrator's mailbox.
There are two passwords YOU ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO HAVE. If you don't know the passwords to 998 and 999, then you will have to get them from the original installer, or call your Panasonic dealer. Alternatively, if you have the VM maintenance console password, you can reset 998 and 999's password.
try ebay with the model number; I had the same thing with a sharp set I own---only way to access the menu and do things is with an original remote--if this was helpful please vote for me.
1~ you need to know the VM huntgroup number ie; number dialled to access the voicemail system
2~ the administrator mailbox number usually, 999 or 9999 by default
3~ the admin vm pin code which is usually 8642 by default
basic menu selection;
4 change system gereetings
1 change primary greetings
the system will supply voice prompts to allow you to change system greetings, The superkey is the Blue key on the top left of the set
4 sys gereetings
1 pri greeting
if you are trying to change AA greetings follow the above just change the VM box number to the one associated with the Auto attendant alternativly you can configure the greeting from the System administration tool under the following ;
